“WE HAVE STARTED TO USE KAPASITEMATIK ON ALL OUR MACHINES“
Stating that the company, which continues its activities with nearly 20 years of experience and knowledge in the sector, started its cooperation with Tezmaksan in 2020, Normmed Medical Production Manager Sadık Ersari said, Our cooperation started with the connection of the Kapasitematik demo unit to one of our machines. Thanks to the data analysis and efficiency increase project we carried out with KOSGEB in 2021, it accelerated.Sadık Ersari stated that they started to use Tezmaksan's CNC production, tracking, and productivity software on all their machines as of March 2021, and answered our questions as follows:
How has your Kapasitematik usage affected your business processes and production? What would you like to say about the benefits of Kapasitematik?
After we started using Kapasitematik, we started to see all of the machines in our entire production facility on a single screen. It has enabled us to instantly see and interfere with our machines that are not working in the facility, and in parallel to this, the production efficiency has increased.
What kind of results did you observe in your production, such as the change in time and costs, after the use of Kapasitematik?
The infrastructure connection of our ERP program, which we are currently using, was provided together with the Kapasitematik R&D team. In addition, thanks to the daily reports, we started to have information about how long the work was done and how much production was made.
What kind of changes did you do in the management of HR?
The data obtained thanks to the reports enabled us to evaluate the productivity of the employees more objectively and to make decisions.
Are you satisfied with the interface of Kapasitematik? What would you like to say about its use and would you recommend it?
We are generally satisfied with the interface of Kapasitematik. Easy to use, and it has an interface that is clearly understandable. We recommend everybody who wants to make productivity analysis of their own machines. It should definitely be used in businesses that are in the process of making new investment decisions and are not sure about the existing facility-machine optimization. I believe that it would be better if the investment decision was made after the necessary evaluations were made.
