What is the specific technology you offer your customers as GP Die Casting (Güven Pres)? In which production environment and form is this specific technology and application used?

GP Die Casting was founded in 1993 under the name Güven Pres Döküm. We offer part production and CNC processing services with the pressure casting method from aluminum and zamak alloys. We work in the automotive, defense industry and IT sectors. We export to Switzerland, the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand and even China, especially to Germany.

What was the contribution of your choice of brother brand countertop to your production?

Before we started working with Tezmaksan, we had 12 Taiwanese counters, and in the first place, we doubled our production capacity when we included Brother brand counters as one third of our number of counters in our track. I can say that it is one of the best machines that can be evaluated in terms of continuity, failure and seriality.

 We will continue to work with Brother brand benches with extremely good price performance ratio.

Has your use of capacitance increased productivity in production?

I can see all of the OEM values actively with Kapasitematik. I monitor the wasted time and provide feedback for their evaluation. It increases continuity much more, gives you important statistics on efficiency and you can make plans that increase efficiency prospectively. Even when you use Kapasitematik for three or four months, you provide you with tangible statistics, making your production planning much healthier. In your future investments, it also gives you a talent about which bench you need and how much you need it.

Before Kapasitematik, we were reading data from machines, but this solution from Tezmaksan came completely finished. We pulled data directly from the machines and integrated it into our ERP system. It is not enough to retrieve the data, you need to be able to process it properly. It is a Kapasitematik ready system, it works integrated with our ERP system, I can see in what performance the work orders entered are fulfilled and how much capacity gap I have. “The effect of  Kapasitematik on productivity in production was much higher than I expected. Compared to 2016 and 2017, it generated gains of up to 60 per cent in our post-Kapasitematik operational expenses. ”
