Response Ortho General Manager Şehmuz Işın stating that Tezmaksan sees dynamic, innovative and ground-breaking differences from education to care as integrated into the sector,  adds that they want similar jobs to occur with a great appetite by saying "Good thing there is Tezmaksan", but they are aware that this is difficult.

When did you start using Kapasitematik? How your use of Kapasitematik has been reflected in your business processes and production? What would you like to say about the advantages it brings you?

Response Ortho Deputy General Manager Mehmet Sivritepe, who made important statements about the remote monitoring and efficiency reporting system Kapasitematik developed by Tezmaksan in 2016, said: “Kapasitematik is actually one of the works that we have been thinking about since 2013-2014. Because while we were managing the business, we started and progressed with a method far outside the traditional manufacturing culture. The reason is the level of international trade we have been doing for years, the increase in expectations and the fact that our observations come to life in the business. "

Therefore, the data processing, performance and efficiency-oriented study titles we saw outside have been collecting data on the field since 2014 and ensuring their effect on increasing our production efficiency. The fact that Tezmaksan emerged with the product and the new trend initiator effect in this regard helped us to get started as soon as possible. We continue our cooperation as an active user of Capacitematic for more than 1 year.


What results did you observe in your production after Kapasitematik use? (change in time and costs in production stages, etc.)

We monitor machine-based performance with capacitematic data. We work intensively with our production team of 80-90 people. It is actually a transformation for us to change the orientations here with Kapasitematik data. We started to use the reports we received from Tezmaksan in the first phase in the fields of machine working times, measures related to productivity increase in the second phase, and manufacturing cost calculations with our own resources in the third phase. Making cost calculations with the data provided by Capacitematics and ensuring that even on-site confirmations are associated with Kapasitematik will also improve our illusions on many issues. We can say that capacitematic is a project that we use by gradually improving in different phases.

What changes did you make in human resources management? Are you satisfied with the intermediate side of Kapasitematik? What would you like to say and recommend about its use?

We started to find the sources of the malfunctions thanks to the Kapasitematik. Quality started to increase in our internal communication, and it corrected the language used here. The real problem is we are talking to each other now. We have started a parametric progression. It also raised the honesty bar within this business. In addition to its positive impact on productivity and cost, we believe that increasing internal communication, honesty and commitment among employees is invaluable. We also admire the performance of the interface used and find its technology very high.
